The Temps

Times are tough, especially for Asheville, North Carolina’s premiere juggling troupe Forty Fingers & A Missing Tooth. Their unrelenting search for The Tooth has come at a price, and the growing stack of bills has forced them into modern day indentured servitude – temp jobs! Despite the corporate shackles, they still find a way to bring the mundane hum of 9 to 5 employment to an improbable crescendo.

From the morning wake-up routine to the after work karaoke jam, the temps skillfully navigate the labyrinth of cubicles, irrational bosses, and mandatory team building exercises by transforming everyday office situations into moments of pure delight.

The Temps is our first full-length stage production. This show brings their years of circus experience together into a fantastic display of juggling, acrobatics, physical theatre and more—performed with a comedic twist that’s fun for all ages!

Because when the going gets tough, the tough get temp jobs!
